How long does it take for my order to process?

It takes 3 days to process the order. For same day processing checkout through PayPal. 

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

If you ordered a shirt or two it usually should take 1-2 days to fulfill the order. If you have an order that consist of 3 or more shirts fulfillment process can take up to  a week to fulfill.  

How much is shipping and how long does for me to get my order?

Shipping prices vary depending on how many tees you ordered. It can range from $2-$9 dollars (even more if you ordered more than one tee). Your tee should be delivered in 3-5 business days.

My package got sent back to your warehouse. What do I do?

First you will have to pay for the package to be resent to you. We will not pay to have it sent back to you. File a claim with the shipping agency you used to get your money back.  

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

Yes! The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant. To learn more about how to recycle our packaging material click here

Are your products eco-friendly?

Mostly yes. Our t-shirts are 100% ringspun cotton and some of our products like our hoodies, select tank tops and drawstring bags have polyesters in it. We recommend using a washing machine filter. You can buy one here

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

We do not give out refunds. If something is wrong with the order that is our mistake you may get a refund or partial refund. If you ordered the wrong size you'll have to reorder again.
