Customers have to provide the correct address right at the time of the transaction. If you have entered the wrong address by mistake please let Shop Origine know immediately and/or within 1 business day and provide us with the correct address by emailing email@example.com. Shop Origine is not responsible for the customer's failure to provide a correct address in a timely manner. If you have sent the package to the wrong address you will have to pay a reshipment fee of $12. We will send it to the correct address once your package is sent back to our warehouse. Please notify your local post office about your package. If they send it back even if you provided the correct address you will have to pay a reshipment fee of $12 as well.
